| What the QuickGrader
does.
The QuickGrader features 3 different modes of operation.
Be sure to check the video that shows how easy to use
the QuickGrader is to use.
1. Mode for Grading papers and Tests
2. Mode for Averaging Grades
3. Test Timer
Teachers evaluate the process and learning achievements
of their students by giving tests. These tests papers
are evaluated by scoring or grading, depending on how
well the student did answering or solving the problems
on the test. |
| Regardless if you work with a gradebook software program,
you still have to individually grade each problem, test
or paper by hand and enter each grade into the program
or gradebook. The QuickGrader
can make your job much easier and faster. |
Grading Papers |
| Grading these test papers requires a considerable amount
of the teacher's time. QuickGrader will make this process much easier
and faster. Teachers will never have to compute grades
or rely on hard to read charts or graphs. With QuickGrader,
simply enter the number problems that are on the test
(See Example). Press one key and the calculator will instantly
and automatically display the grades, based on the number
wrong by scrolling up or down the complete range of grades
displaying 10 grades at a time up to 999 problems. |
| Example:
Let's say you have a test with 45 problems. Enter 45
and press the [# of problems] button. |
The calculator
will tell you that you entered 45 as the number of problems.
Also calculator displays what each grade is based on getting
0 to 9 problems wrong. The numbers in black across the
top of the display are the number of problems wrong. The
number below them is the score or percentage. For instance,
if the student missed 4 problems, their score is 91. If
they miss 8 problems, their score is 82. |
Press the [SCROLL
UP] button on the calculator to display from 10 to 19
problems wrong. Notice the range is now 10 to 19 for number
wrong. If the student missed 13 problems, look below the
3 across the top of the display. Their score is 71. If
they missed 17, look below the 7. Their score is a 62.
Press [SCROLL UP] to display from 20 to 29 problems wrong
or [SCROLL DOWN] to display the previous display (0 to
9).
This feature is so quick and so simple, that before you
realize it, the time you spend grading will be cut drastically.
Forget about those hard to read cardboard charts or graphs.
The QuickGrader is the only
tool you need. Never has there been a simplier tool for
grading tests and papers! |
|
Grade Average |

for a teacher to get an instant grade average each time
a new grade is entered in the calculator. Up to 99 different
grades can be put in the calculator for averaging at any
one time. The grades can be reviewed by scrolling up or
down the list. Any grade can be deleted or changed at
any time. The calculator will display a new grade average
instantly. |

average? |
| Enter Average
Mode. Enter 98 and press the [ADD] button.

Then enter 82 and press [ADD].

incorporated. Even if you leave the average mode to
work with another mode, the calculator will retain the
information that was inputed until you decide to clear
it out. |
|
Test Timer |
| The test timer allows the teacher to a designate
a specific time for a test by setting hours, minutes,
and seconds. When the time is up, the calculator will
make a continueous beeping sound which can be shut off
by pressing any key on the keypad. |
| Example:
Let's set the clock timer to 8 min 10 secs.
|
Enter Timer
Mode by pressing the [TIME] button twice. Simply set the
timer to 8 min 10 seconds and press [START]. The number
in the upper left is the time that you set and the number
in the upper right is the countdown from that number which

be stopped at any time and started back up from that point.
The bottom number in the display is the current time of
day. Once the timer mode is started, you may exit this
mode to work in any of the other modes. The timer will
continue to countdown until time runs out. |
|
| The QuickGrader also
serves as a standard calculator with memory. When
the calculator is not in use, the display will always
read the date and current time. |
